Please check product measurements carefully before ordering, especially for furniture, large items, handmade pieces or custom orders.

4. Custom, Personalised and Made-to-Order Items

For custom, personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, it is the customer’s responsibility to check all details before confirming the order.

  • engraving or personalisation
  • spelling
  • measurements
  • any special requests

Once a custom or made-to-order item has started production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded if you simply change your mind, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.

Payment must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.

6. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • delivery is not available to your location
  • payment has not been received

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

For standard, non-custom products purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

Custom, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty, damaged or not as described.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Each handmade item is unique, and exact duplication may not always be possible.
