Custom, handmade, personalised or made-to-order items may take longer. Estimated production times will be shown on the product page or confirmed after purchase.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Times

UK delivery usually takes approximately:

Standard UK Delivery: [3–7 working days] after dispatch
Large/Furniture Items: [7–14 working days] or as arranged
Custom Orders: Delivery times will vary depending on the product and will be confirmed with you.

For large, heavy, fragile, handmade, or furniture items, delivery charges may vary depending on the size, weight and delivery location.

Delivery Address

Missed Deliveries

If a courier attempts delivery and you are not available, it is your responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions for redelivery or collection.
