Thank you for shopping with Walnut & Resin. We aim to process, package and deliver every order carefully, especially as many of our products are handmade, fragile, wooden, resin or made-to-order items.
Order Processing Times
Ready-made items are usually processed within [2–5 working days].
Custom, personalised, bespoke, handmade or made-to-order items may take longer. The estimated making time will be shown on the product page or confirmed with you before or after placing your order.
Large furniture-style items, resin tables, wooden furniture or bespoke pieces may take approximately [2–6 weeks], depending on the design, size, materials and current order volume.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Estimated UK delivery times after dispatch are:
Standard UK Delivery: approximately [3–7 working days]
Large or Fragile Items: approximately [7–14 working days] or by arrangement
Custom / Made-to-Order Items: delivery time will depend on the making time and will be confirmed where possible
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to courier issues, busy periods, weather, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.
Unless a longer timeframe is clearly stated or agreed with you, we aim to deliver your order within 30 days.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
For large, heavy, fragile or furniture-style items, delivery costs may vary depending on the size, weight and delivery location. In some cases, we may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery option.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or extra delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available, you must follow the courier’s instructions for redelivery or collection.
If an order is returned to us because of missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address details, you may need to pay additional postage costs for the order to be sent again.
Damaged Parcels or Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If an item is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund, depending on the item and circumstances.
Custom and Handmade Orders
Custom, personalised, bespoke and made-to-order items may require extra time to create, cure, dry, finish, inspect and package safely.
Because handmade resin and wood products require careful preparation, dispatch times can vary. We will do our best to keep you updated if there are any significant delays.
